Elevating Leadership: 
Our intention is to create a library of video interviews.  The focus of these interviews is leadership, personal/professional development, goal setting and the continual improvement process.  We intend to keep the focus on the growth of leaders. One lifetime is not enough for leaders to learn from their own mistakes.  Great leaders learn from others to increase the efficiency of growth and personal development.
Each interview is intended to be 15-25 minutes in length, the discussion tailored to a success or philosophy specific to the interviewee.  We will house the interviews on this website, YouTube and Twitter.
