This project is inspired by and a tribute to the first-year teachers I had the privilege to lead during the 2016-17 school year.  I hope these young teachers learned half as much from me about being a teacher as I learned from them about being a school leader.  Credit for the title of this project goes to a phenomenal young teacher, Miss Makenzie Moore.
